The best stick on tiles to transform your bathroom or kitchen: A review of Stickgoo Peel and stick subway tiles
Traditional tiles can be expensive and require an expert to install them. Stick on tiles are a great and affordable option for people looking to update their kitchen or bathroom.
With a strong and easy to peel adhesive. Just about anyone can install these tiles in a few hours. With amazing results, such as those in the headline picture.
This is a genuine review from someone who has used these tiles and fully recommends them.
Are stickgoo stick on tiles any good?
Whilst I cant speak for their entire product range. these subway stile stick on tiles are fantastic. In my opinion they are a little bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for. Cheaper tile stickers are often thin and easy to spot. i have had several friends comment on how good these look and were surprised to find they are stick on tiles
Are they better than ceramic tiles?
This all depends on your situation. If you have the budget and the time, I would personally pick ceramic tiles. Just for that peace of mind that they will last and the quality will not fade. But stickgoo tiles are a great alternative for people who are on a budget, people who are short on time or for people who don’t want to make a long term change. Such as anyone in rented accommodation.
What I liked about them....
Easy to install
Im out of the house and working long hours most days. So finding a reliable builder and waiting around for them to install ceramic tiles was never really an option.
It took me about 5 hours in total to totally transform my kitchen. I am very much a beginner when it comes to DIY. But these tiles were super easy to install and the quality is excellent.
What could be better...
The only downside to these, was the price. However they are much better quality than the thin stick on tiles I have used or reviewed in the past.
To the point that its almost a different product. But if your main focus is on cost and you have a big kitchen or bathroom. You might not save as much money as you would expect.
Should you get them?
For me, these stick on tiles from stickgoo were great. My kitchen is quite small and I do not have the time to be hiring someone to decorate my kitchen. Installing them was surprisingly easy, with a little help from youtube on what to do.
As far as the product, it would be 10/10 if not for the price. When compared to a normal stick on tile, you really notice the difference in quality. If you like the style then you cant really ask for much more.
